Overall had fabulous stay on vacation. The room was immaculate and huge with balcony, I had a good rest. Everything was great, though a few employees were a little rude.

I enjoyed scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, and bacon at breakfast. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The location was marvellous and magnificent, for example, Verudela Canyon was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It was a beautiful area, an easy base for me.

The room was spacious and huge and it had an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe. The location was marvellous and pleasant for walking around a large educational aquarium. The staff was polite and welcoming in managing every request.

The most important - marvellous and fab location in the rocks or in the bushes along the walking paths. Very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff, free concierge service, turndown service, and wake up calls. The collection queen room was immaculate, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was bountiful with local cheeses and wine, as example, the staffing teams where nice and welcoming. The location was magnificent, just next door to other hotels, sea, beach, parking and the sea side.

The whole experience was really really nice. Wonderful hotel, it was clean, and the staff was very pleasant and incredible. Booked collection king room with a laptop-size safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was friendly. Got complimentary turndown service, that was nice of them😃👌

Had a collection queen room, and we really enjoyed it. Having a shower, a hair dryer and dressing gowns was a bonus.
