Really enjoyed the place, charming old for rest. The room was functional and comfy, but best of all was garden view. Could use central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was BEAUTIFUL, short walk to Parenzana bike path, mountains and both Slovenia and Croatia.

The room was excellent and clean, nothing too much trouble. The staff were affable and very very helpful day and night. The location was stunning and absolutely perfect for traveling around Buje, near the seaside, the lush garden where all the Mediterranean herbs can be found, and Istria. It also was in the Istrian hills.
